The Center sponsored the first Business Fashion Show and Networking Event on September 16, 2008.  The show demonstrated the differences between business casual and business professional dress for men and women as well as provided information on individual presentation.  What not to wear included tips on apparel in addition to make-up and fragrances.  Attire from the different apparel retailers showcased a wide variety of price ranges.  It is possible to dress professionally on a budget by choosing key pieces that complement one another.  Prior to the business fashion show, the Center hosted a reception for student attendees and executive board representatives as a venue for informal networking. Board representatives shared interviewing tips, keys to professional success, and advice on what to look for in a company.
